Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Urbanhire, we are committed to providing exceptional furniture assembly and repair services. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the results.

Since we provide services rather than physical products, traditional return policies do not apply. Instead, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our furniture assembly and repair work.

Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for all furniture assembly and repair services. If you discover any issues with our work that result from errors or oversights on our part, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.

This guarantee covers assembly errors, loose connections, improper alignment, or other issues directly resulting from our service. The guarantee period is 30 days from the date of service completion.

Reporting Issues

If you experience any problems with our furniture assembly or repair work, please contact urbanhire immediately. We request that you notify us within 7 days of service completion for the fastest resolution.

What Is Not Covered

Our service guarantee does not cover issues that are not the result of our work. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in the furniture itself
  • Missing or incorrect parts provided by the furniture manufacturer
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications after our service
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Changes made by others after our service
  • Damage from moving or relocating furniture after assembly

For manufacturing defects, please contact the furniture manufacturer or retailer, as these issues are covered under their warranty policies.

Refund Policy

Payment refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to complete the service as agreed due to our error or fault, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Refunds are not provided for services that were completed as requested or for issues beyond our control, such as missing furniture parts, incorrect furniture delivered by retailers, or changes in customer requirements after service completion.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of service completion with a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Any deposits or advance payments will be fully refunded for timely cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs. Emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results from our furniture assembly and repair services, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate information about the furniture and service needs
  • Ensuring all furniture parts, hardware, and instructions are present before service
  • Preparing a clear, safe workspace for our team
  • Inspecting completed work before our team departs
  • Following any care instructions provided for assembled or repaired furniture
